Drawing on interviews (with Hungarian Muslim actors of halal) and observant participation in the London Muslim Lifestyle Show 2017, this study attempts to show that halal promoters think of it, beyond its religious dimension, as an economic product, and especially as an ethical-ecological one, designed for non-Muslims as well.
