| Tartalmi kivonat: | In the 20th century two-breadwinner family model has became dominant, so women had to make the balance between work and family. Nowadays however, especially in case of younger generations employment and carrier-building are being promoted because of their livelihood and self-fulfilment goals. This tendency is comfirmed by negativ demographical changes, decreasing childbearing mood and postponement of childbearing age. In our country to stop the natural loss, we need family supporting actions are required and the women have to be convinced about after giving birth to a child they can get back to the labour market, even the mothership is coordinable with carrier-plans. |
