| Tartalmi kivonat: | The talent-development is a very important driving force in social development, so it is important research field in pedagogy sciences of Hungary. The main substances of the talent by Renzulli: intelligence, special skills, creativity and motivation. I analyzed the Hungarian higher-education system by this four aspect (the 4 substance of talent). I investigate the talented students (who participate in the talent developmental organizations) (N=207). I used to data collection a complex questionnaire, which involved 2 standardized psychological test, and demographical questions, and future-plans questions. I analyzed the data by 2 linear regression model, and I compared the 2 validate test results by the standards. By the first regression-analysis result: the scientific-talent is influenced by the creativity and the study-results. The results of the Tóth Creativity Estimate Scale are better, than the standards (this result significant in 9 factors from all 12 factors). I used to measure the motivation AMS-R (Achievement Motivation Scale-Revalidated) questionnaire. This test has 2 factors: success-orientation and failure-avoidance. The talented students are more success-orientation and less failure-avoidance than the average population. I found that by the analysis of the future plans the talented students more interested to the labour market career than the scientific career. |
