| Tartalmi kivonat: | In my study I essay to introduce the children’s folk games in Visa. During my collections conducted between 1999 and 2003, I was looking for those games dominantly that were played by many participants, and for long time, and those that derived from the traditional peasant culture. The study attempts to shed light on the significance of children’s games concerning biological, psychological and social functions. I pay distinguished attention to gender, age and chronological-based distinctions of the collected games, and the issue whether traditional folk games are transmitted to younger generations. |
